ORDER TO DISPATCH TIME
Please allow up to 2-3 working days between ordering and dispatch of ready made goods; dispatch is usually the same or next day, but at busy periods longer turnaround times are unavoidable. This is simply, because most goods are handcrafted and are not mass produced. You will be told at the time of purchase how long the expected time for custom makes will be. This includes keepsakes which will of course take a little while longer. We will contact you on receipt of your keepsake materials with a turnaround time. At all times, we really appreciate your patience.
DELIVERY
All orders are delivered by either Royal Mail or Collect Plus. Please note that it may take up to five working days during busy periods. We recommend that our customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package as a signature may be required upon delivery. We reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements as we see fit.
PRICE
We always try to make sure that the prices on socksylove.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled in these circumstances, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
Availability
We try to keep socksylove.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.

We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as variations in internet browsers, monitor colour settings, etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
Our products are handcrafted; therefore it is natural that some variation in consistency, colours and hues exists.
The products sold on Socksy Love are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of our website or from any products or services purchased from Socksy Love. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you originally paid for the product.

*Memory Keepsakes and Custom Makes
We are not responsible for the materials you send for you keepsakes until they are in our possession. We recommend that you send your items recorded and obtain a receipt for postage. Making keepsakes requires us to cut into any materials you provide us with. Because of this keepsakes are not toys, they are not intended for play by children due to the age and nature of the materials provided. We will always ensure that keepsakes are insured when we send them out to you and will require a signature.
Any personalisation will be checked before work commences on your item. We will not be responsible for any changes you make after checks have been made.
In the event of cancellation of any commissioned work, the you will be responsible for all expenses and outlays incurred by the us up to the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation of any made to order product, We will hold a 50% non-refundable deposit paid by you for all expenses and outlays incurred up to the date of cancellation.
COOKIES
In Order to improve our service and socksylove.co.uk we may use a device known as a 'cookie'. Cookies are a means by which information relating to your Internet activity (such as whether you have visited socksylove.co.uk before) is recorded on your hard drive and used by us to improve socksylove.co.uk and the products and services available to you.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Cancellations
All orders placed with us are legally binding, therefore if you do wish to cancel an order, please contact us by email at [email protected] or call us on +447788297325 to inform us as soon as possible.
All parcels are sent back to us at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
The right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following: 'personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification' this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website, facebook, by email or over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition.
RETURNS
Once an order has been dispatched we will only be able to refund you upon receipt of the returned items. If you want to return your order to us it must reach us within 7 working days from the day after the day you received it. Once received we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your return and cancellation advice. Please note that if you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind then please be aware we will not be able to refund the postage or the cost incurred for returning the goods.
DAMAGES
If your order is received damaged we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund, replacement or return. Once again we must stipulate that any returns must be sent to us within 7 days.
As all orders are insured in the unlikely event of damage occurring for any reason in transit, we can submit the necessary claim with the appropriate incumbent. In order to instigate a claim we will require notification within 48 hours of the delivery this can be via email or phone, we would also require photographic evidence of the damaged products in the packaging they arrived in. There is no need to return the products to us in most cases we will issue immediate action to reproduce, credit or refund your order, however in some cases we may need to wait until the claim is investigated. As always we will keep you fully informed of the progress.
MISSING ITEMS
In certain circumstances we will despatch orders with some items missing to either meet deadlines or because certain ingredients were unavailable, where this is the case we will either substitute items for a similar product or refund the missing items in full.
In cases where the wrong products have been received, please contact us we will work with you to resolve the matter.
